Situated in the vibrant heart of one of London’s trendiest streets.
Our customer’s goal was to create a truly unique tree that would fill the vast expanse of space and radiate character and charm. Given the commercial setting, fire-retardant properties were essential to ensure the safety of both the surroundings and visitors.
The location boasted soaring high ceilings and an abundance of space, with a minimalist and neutral aesthetic. This called for something that would catch attention and enhance the room’s ambience. As the tree was positioned within a seating area, it required a strict canopy clearance to eliminate any concerns about injury for those enjoying their time underneath it.
Working closely with Suna Design, we ensured a generous 2.25-meter canopy clearance, allowing people to sit beneath the tree without risk. With a glass ceiling overhead, there was a concern that the foliage might turn blue or lose vibrancy over time. To prevent this, we used our UVSilx and FireSilx olive foliage, which provides both fire safety and lasting colour while complementing the surroundings perfectly.
The result was a magnificent 5-meter-tall olive tree that captured our customer’s vision. Seeing it installed in its final location, we could truly appreciate the beauty of the finished piece. Our collaboration with the dedicated team at Suna Design was an absolute pleasure.
