What is the process for bespoke projects?

We start by capturing all the basic details to help us get an understanding of your requirements, including design preferences, dimensions, and any specific challenges. We then like to have a call with you before providing an estimate. Once the order is confirmed our team creates detailed plans and or drawings before moving to production. We send sign off images and videos before we ship. and we are always happy to do a video call tour.

Do you offer fire-retardant and UV-resistant options?

Yes, we offer both FireSilx fire-retardant and UVSilx UV resistant artificial foliage to meet safety and external installation requirements. Our materials comply with industry standards, making them suitable for indoor and outdoor environments where fire safety and sun exposure are considerations.
